Frontend scope

Before code is written, we anchor every engagement to a scope canvas: a single document that lists user-visible routes, shared components, API touchpoints, and quality gates. This page explains how that canvas is built so you know what to expect from programming consulting focused on frontend application development.

Scope canvas contents

  1. Route map — URL patterns, layout shells, and loading states for each primary view.
  2. Component inventory — Atoms through page sections, noting which pieces must match an existing design system.
  3. Data contracts — TypeScript interfaces for props and API payloads; error shapes for form validation.
  4. Verification list — Unit or integration tests you require, Lighthouse or axe checks on named flows, and browser support matrix.

Engagement size examples

Interface refresh6–10 weeksDashboard shell, tables, filters, empty states across three roles
Advisory-only1–2 sessionsReview of SSR hydration warnings before a major release

Durations are indicative, not guarantees. Your repository access, design asset readiness, and review turnaround influence the calendar.

Taipei collaboration

Our office on Fuxing South Road is available for workshop-style scope reviews when you prefer whiteboard time alongside the document. Remote discovery remains the default for distributed product teams.
