Vector Canvas Consulting Co., Ltd. sells paid programming consulting (scoped projects and advisory sessions). This policy explains refunds under the Consumer Protection Act distance-selling framework and our service model.

Seven-day withdrawal (七日猶豫期)
For distance contracts where applicable, you may withdraw within seven days of signing without stating a reason, unless work has begun at your express request or digital deliverables were supplied with your consent during that period.
Scoped project engagements
- Before work starts: Deposits are refundable minus documented third-party costs already incurred on your behalf.
- After work starts: Fees for completed milestones are non-refundable. Remaining prepaid amounts for undelivered milestones may be refunded or credited per the statement of work.
- Client cancellation: Written notice is required. Work performed through the notice date is invoiced; unused prepaid balance is refunded within fourteen business days where applicable.
Advisory sessions
Sessions cancelled with at least forty-eight hours’ notice may be rescheduled once at no charge. Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit that session block unless we agree otherwise in writing.
How to request a refund
Email info@vector-canvas.digital with your name, engagement reference, and reason. We respond within five business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method where possible.
Exceptions
Custom materials already delivered and accepted, or services fully rendered with your consent, are not eligible for withdrawal refunds under standard CPA exceptions for services.
